NUDE MALE
WITH ECHO #80
by Darren C. Demaree
The other time I stood
naked on my front porch
I was very drunk
& very much in need
of an audience
& another drink
& since I am here, again
naked on the front porch
I must need an audience.
Or I am presenting
the sober, healthy version
to the passersby. I suppose
I want them to know
how well I’m doing now,
what that looks like.
